the score of 10 to 6.
Erubiel Durazo enjoyed a big day at the plate. He delivered a base-hit
plating two runs in the 5th inning and blasted a two-run home run (his 4th of
the season) in the 6th inning. Both teams totaled 9 on the afternoon.
Jon Leicester(1-0) allowed no runs in 4 and 1/3 innings, and picked up the
victory. Barry Zito(2-2) was given the loss. He was knocked around,
surrendering 8 runs in 4 and 2/3 innings.
